High-level security meeting chaired by Al-Muhammadawi to enhance stability and control borders

The Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, Lieutenant General Staff Dr. Qais Al-Muhammadawi, held an expanded meeting with the officers of the command staff to discuss the security situation across the country, in a way that enhances the sustainability of stability and reinforces societal peace. The meeting included an evaluation of the approved security plans, with an emphasis on the importance of high-level coordination among security ministries, leaderships, field formations, and intelligence institutions to ensure precise performance and the smooth implementation of duties in accordance with professional standards.
The meeting also discussed organizational measures related to supporting the movement of Iraqi pilgrims, through coordination with relevant الجهات to ensure their safety and facilitate their travel, in addition to reviewing the measures taken to control Iraq’s borders with neighboring countries and activate both technical and human monitoring resources. Al-Muhammadawi stressed the need to adhere to directives and work in a spirit of teamwork, in a manner that strengthens security and stability and reflects the institutional efficiency of the security agencies.

Al-Zaidi affirmed his commitment to eliminating all cases of conflict of interest within the legally specified timeframes, making him the first within his ministerial cabinet to comply with the legal procedures.
